Considering the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking extra precautions to ensure our patients remain safe and healthy during their visits to our office.
In addition to our normal routine cleaning procedures, we are adhering to the CDC’s for cleaning and disinfection to prevent the spread and transmission of COVID-19.
Please call us to reschedule your appointment if you or a household contact –
1. Have any of the following symptoms:
2. Have traveled to any of the following destinations within the last 3 weeks:
•Europe – including the United Kingdom and Ireland
•Any cruise ship
We also request that any additional visitors be limited to one essential friend or family member (i.e. providing transportation).
As some of our patients do have chronic medical issues, we are asking patients who may be sick to stay home and not risk exposing those who may be more susceptible to infectious diseases. We have temporarily suspended the cancellation policy, and will not be assessing appointment cancellation fees during this time.
Please understand that any patient presenting to their appointment with COVID-19 symptoms – fever, cough and/or shortness of breath – will be rescheduled per CDC guidelines and their referring MD will be notified.
